It helps to include your device, your iOS or iPadOS version, and what you were trying to do.
Tap the banner preview at the top of the main screen, or the play button in the top right corner. Tap anywhere to exit. The screen stays awake while the banner is showing. Turn your device sideways for the biggest letters - if it does not rotate, turn off Portrait Orientation Lock in Control Center.
Tap the crown in the top left corner and then Restore Purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought it with.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by me. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Three on the free version, and as many as you like with Pro. Presets are stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes them.
The Rainbow and Wave effects colour the text themselves, so the colour pickers are turned off while either one is on. Choose another effect, or None, to pick your own colours or a gradient.
Mirror is switched on. It flips the text so it reads correctly in a mirror or from the other side of a window. Turn it off under Effects.
