LED Banner is published by Oleg Nochka, an individual developer ("I", "me"), who is responsible for the app and for these terms.
LED Banner is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You may use it on any device linked to your Apple Account. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
You are responsible for the messages you display. Please do not use the app in a way that distracts you or anyone else while driving.
Pro is a single non-consumable purchase. It unlocks premium fonts and unlimited saved presets, permanently, with no subscription and nothing that expires. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device signed in to that account.
Payment is taken by Apple and governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple - I cannot issue them.
The app is provided as it is. I do not promise it will be free of faults, available without interruption, or supported forever. It works fully offline and does not depend on any server.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country.
