Markshot is published by Oleg Nochka, an independent developer, working as Pacific Front Desk ("we", "us"). Oleg Nochka is the person responsible for the app and for these terms.
Markshot is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. You may use it on any Mac linked to your Apple Account. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute it.
Everything you capture is yours and stays on your Mac. You are responsible for what you capture and share, and for respecting other people's privacy and rights when you do.
Markshot Pro is a single non-consumable purchase. It unlocks Pixelate, Numbered steps and Capture history permanently, with no subscription and nothing that expires. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any Mac signed in to that account.
Payment is taken by Apple and governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — we cannot issue them.
The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults or supported forever. It works entirely offline.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oleg Nochka is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your own country.
